Sebastian has over 15 years of internal and external auditing, consulting, implementation, and management of areas of the second line of assurance in the organization. He has experience in the implementation, consulting, and auditing of information security management systems, IT service management, risk management, and quality management in various industries and organizations, including international companies from US, UE, UK, and Australia.

He’s a propagator of the integrated GRC philosophy, new technologies, and an intuitive and agile approach to ensuring the security of the organization. Sebastian is former President, CEO and a long-time member of the board of the Institute of Internal Auditors IIA Poland, an active member of IIA, ISSA, ISACA. Currently he act as CEO & co-founder of consulting and training companies, serves at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Audit Committee, and working groups for cybersecurity at the Prime Minister Office.

Sebastian is a martial artist, runner, mountaineer, Wim Hof and the Oxygen Advantage practitioner.

Piotr has over 25 years of IT, internal and external audit experience. He was working for the biggest finance and law institution in Poland and Europe. He’s internal and IT auditor, expert in risk management, process analysis, corporate & IT governance, compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 (SOX), and advisor to listed companies on GRC. He has experience in the implementation, consulting, and auditing of information security management systems, IT service management, risk management, and quality management in various industries and organizations, including international companies from US, UE, UK, and Australia.

Co-author at Wolters Kluwer Poland the IT systems to support GRC processes in listed companies. The evangelist and enthusiast the GRC & ESG activities. He prepares the psychology and technology aspects of antifragility, immune and hardening the business processes.

He’s a lecturer at post-graduate studies in over 18 universities in Poland in the field of internal audit, IT and risk management. A member of the Compliance Committee at the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and industry, and working groups for cybersecurity at the Prime Minister Office.
